Extend your standard toolkit with modules
The standard Mail to Pay toolkit is already very complete. You can expand it even further with various modules. Recommended modules
My file
A personal page for your customer, where data is digitized. With this module, you offer your customers the opportunity to update their data themselves, to digitally approve requests and to submit requests. Completely in your organization's own look and feel.
Workload
If collection actions result in activities that have not yet been automated, these activities end up in the workload system with the Workload module. Workload then lists the actions that still need to be performed manually, such as dispute management or approving payment arrangements.
