International Marketing Manager
As International Marketing Manager, you will build the positioning of POM across borders. You are the driving force behind our Account Receivables solutions and take control of coordinating the POM Group branding in all our countries. Here, you work with our internal experts, manage local agencies and ensure a rock-solid, uniform B2B identity.

Strategy & Coordination
Within our renewed marketing organization, we work with an expertise-driven model. You will be the undisputed thought leader and visionary for our Account Receivables solutions (POM Collect & Mind2Pay). You understand flawlessly that the decision makers in this specific market require a different approach than with our Payments proposition, and you know exactly how to reach them with the right message.
In addition, you take on the overarching coordination. You develop campaigns and content centrally from the Netherlands and ensure a flawless deployment through local marketing agencies in, for example, Germany and Denmark. You monitor the corporate identity, manage group tasks (such as the international LinkedIn approach) and ensure that marketing investments across countries are used smartly and efficiently.

The person we are looking for,
📊 Has extensive (senior) B2B marketing experience and enjoys building in a scale-up environment.
💡 Has a strong affinity with, and ideally a proven track record in, the debt collection/Account Receivables/credit management world.
🤝 Is organizationally strong, takes control and can work well with external agencies and internal marketing experts.
🗣️ Speaks and writes Dutch and English fluently
💹 Is structured, hands-on and has a vision for an international brand experience.
