A smarter rental collection process with POM-Mind2Pay
By cleverly combining communication and rent collection, an even more powerful approach is created. The approach focuses on personal attention for tenants with an (increased risk of) problematic debt. Tenants who do not need this personal attention are followed up fully automatically. On Tuesday, January 27, at 10 a.m., POM-Mind2Pay will organize the webinar “Smarter debt collection”, explaining how this solution works step by step.

One process, two areas of expertise
The merger of POM and Mind2Pay brings two specializations together in one process. POM focuses on communicating with tenants, such as rent increases, service costs and other correspondence, via digital and personalized channels. Mind2Pay connects to this with specialist rental collection software, focused on file structure, reports and effective personal follow-up.
This integration fully supports the rental collection process, from initial reminder to personal assistance with payment problems.
Addition to existing processes
For corporations that already work with POM or Mind2Pay, the cooperation is primarily a broadening of the existing offer. The service will not change, but will be more complete. Corporations can choose which components they want to use, in line with their own way of working, policy and ambitions.

More attention to the right tenant
The POM-Mind2Pay software has been developed in close cooperation with corporations and rent collection employees. Much attention has been paid to ease of use, reporting and reducing manual work. Tenants are automatically categorized based on, among other things, proven payment behavior, so that employees can focus time on tenants who need personal attention.
