Innovation is in our DNA. We're constantly developing new features that make communication smarter, more accessible and more effective. For example, we are working on an automatic translation module that allows tenants to set their preferred language. This lowers barriers and increases the chance that important information is understood and followed up.
In addition, we will soon introduce RCS: a new generation of messaging. RCS (Rich Communication Services) is the successor to SMS and makes mobile phone communication visual, interactive and validated. Think of branded messages from the housing association, direct payment buttons, choosing a language preference or making appointments.
