With active offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Denmark, we are expanding rapidly. To support the implementation for our Dutch clients, we are looking for an independent Consultant with IT experience to make these projects a success. Does this sound like you? What will you be doing?

As a Consultant, you are the point of contact for our clients throughout the entire onboarding process: from the kick-off (immediately after the handover from Sales) through to the post-launch support period. Using your expertise, you will inform and advise the client on how to configure the software. You will schedule meetings both in person and (primarily) online. It is important that you work in a solution-oriented, precise, and accurate manner.

Clients expect more than just technical guidance from you: your advice is valued and seen as indispensable. Even after implementation, you remain the point of contact, helping clients improve their collection processes step by step by advising them on market best practices and introducing new features. You stay up to date with market developments, enjoy discussing them, and can effortlessly switch between communicating with management, IT staff, and client employees.

In this role, you will primarily act as a project manager: you will lead implementation projects, delegate tasks, and monitor progress in our project management tool. Project management skills are therefore a must for this position and should be second nature to you. You will be hands-on, but you will also monitor whether clients and colleagues are completing their tasks on time—ensuring that together, you make every project a success.

You will work closely with your fellow Consultants and the commercial team, and you will be managed by a Senior Consultant who reports to the Managing Director. In addition, you will be in close contact with the Development department and the Product Owner: you will submit new feature requests (from clients), test delivered functionality together with development, and handle the implementation for the client. This way, you actively involve clients in the continuous development of new features. You will also provide training and online demonstrations, and step in whenever the Support department needs extra help. Don't know the answer yourself? Who are we looking for?

💻 Proven work experience in IT (experience with SaaS software is a plus).

🎓 Bachelor's degree level and a strategic way of working and thinking.

🧑 Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.

🧩 Structured, analytical, and process-oriented work capacity.

🔌 A background in the technical aspects of data integration is a plus.

🗣️ You communicate effortlessly at all levels, whether with senior management, IT, or client staff.

📋 Strong project management skills: you lead projects and ensure that clients and colleagues complete their tasks.

🚗 Willingness to travel.

📊 Knowledge of Credit Management is a nice bonus.
