With offices in the Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, we are fully deploying in North-West Europe. To implement these customers, we are looking for a Developer who can independently write code in Symfony & React.

Coding

As a Developer, you code the collection and message structure and working methods of our customers in Symfony & React. As it were, you build a link on our platform between us and the customer. Here you interact with fellow Developers, Product Owner or our own Consultants. A completed education is not required for this position, but computer skills and knowledge of programming languages are.

The person we are looking for,

💻 Has proven experience with Symfony & React.
⌨️ Work experience with PHP (OOP), Linux, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Amazon AWS & Apache/Nginx is an advantage.
🧑 Has a fresh look at coding and IT developments
💹 Is structured, analytical and accurate.

Voor wie deze rol niet is

• Je wilt volledig remote werken. Wij niet, en dan worden zowel POM als jij niet gelukkig in de positie.
  
• Je wilt alleen greenfield. De helft van deze baan is nieuw bouwen; de andere helft is functionaliteit migreren die echte klanten gebruiken, met alle beperkingen die daarbij horen.
  
• Je zoekt de structuur van een groot bedrijf met formele carrièrepaden en grote teams. Wij zijn 21 engineers verdeeld over vier producten.
  

Salaris en voorwaarden

• Medior: €46.000 - 68.000 bruto per jaar. Senior: €58.000 - 85.000+ bruto per jaar. Waar je in de bandbreedte landt hangt af van je ervaring. We publiceren deze ranges zodat je niet hoeft te gokken, en we vragen niet wat je eerder verdiende.
  
• Jaarlijkse salarisstap op basis van performance, 25 vakantiedagen (fulltime), pensioen tegen 13,5% (3,5% eigen bijdrage).
  
• MacBook Pro, en Claude Code als je AI-coding-assistent: we gebruiken het in de hele groep en verwachten dat je ermee werkt, niet omheen.
  

Hoe het proces verloopt

1. Een gesprek van 30 minuten met Mark de Ruiter (HR): praktische fit, jouw vragen.
   
2. Een gesprek met Patrick Huiskens, onze tech lead, en het team waar je bij komt.
   
3. Een optionele kleine coding-test, maar alleen als we allebei vinden dat die iets toevoegt.
   
4. Een afsluitend gesprek met Che Schneider onze CPTO.
   

De volgorde wisselt soms, we proberen wendbaar te blijven en snel bij te sturen. We reageren binnen twee weken op elke sollicitatie, en na je gesprekken heb je meestal binnen een week onze reactie.
